Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be returned with its original packaging.
• Include all accessories and manuals (if applicable).

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include your order number and clear photos of the product so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refund Process

After your returned item has been inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted for:

• Customized or personalized items
• Gift cards
• Products marked as non-returnable
